How secure are your payments?

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

How do I track my order?

After receiving your order, we will ship your product within 7 days as we are still fulfilling these manually.  A tracking number will be emailed too you after shipment so you can track your order.

What’s your defect & replacement policy?

At KNOB Life, our products are sold “as is” and are intended to be enjoyed responsibly. While we do not offer formal product warranties, we do stand behind the overall quality of what we ship.

If your item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect or significant product flaw, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for review.

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement product at our discretion.

Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority.

Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs.

Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

What is your shipping policy?

At the current time, we only ship our products withing the 50 states in the US.  Standard delivery usually takes around 7 business days. Please note that with various global logistics affecting the supply chain, orders may arrive later than usual.

If your order hasn't arrived after two weeks, please contact us and we will look into the details.

Back in stock notifications

Our website is still under construction but is functional for many products. Some products are still waiting for shipment from suppliers and will be updated on inventory once they arrive.

Products are stocked up on a regular basis, and may be delayed based on vendor and supplier issues.

If a product you want is out of stock, please feel free to shoot us a message with the product you are looking for in the subject line. We will send you a notifications when they are back in stock!

Every product begins as an idea right here in the US.  To provide the best quality and value, we partner with specialized partners around the globe.  Our choice of manufacturing partner depends on the specific product requirements and the expertise needed to bring our designs to life.
