KNOB Life is a brand owned and operated by The Looke LLC, a Michigan limited liability company ("KNOB Life", "we", "our" or "us").

Thank you for shopping with KNOB Life.

At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

KNOB Life currently ships to:

  • All 50 U.S. states
  • U.S. territories where supported by carriers
  • APO/FPO addresses when available

We do not currently offer international shipping.

If that changes, we’ll let the KNOB loose worldwide later.

PROCESSING TIMES

Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may vary depending on:

  • product availability
  • order volume
  • custom production timelines
  • holidays
  • carrier delays
  • unexpected demand spikes

Orders are not shipped on weekends or major holidays.

Once your order leaves our hands, shipping timelines are controlled by the carrier and may be impacted by:

  • weather
  • holidays
  • regional delays
  • carrier disruptions
  • incorrect addresses provided at checkout

KNOB Life does not guarantee delivery dates unless explicitly stated.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking information will be provided when available once your order ships.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment tracking and ensuring secure delivery arrangements.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

KNOB Life is not responsible for:

  • packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer
  • failed deliveries due to address errors
  • lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect information

Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or re-shipped packages.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, KNOB Life is not responsible for:

  • lost packages
  • stolen packages
  • delayed deliveries
  • carrier-related damages

If an issue occurs, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly first. We will reasonably assist when possible.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives significantly damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • photos of the issue
  • a description of the damage

Requests are reviewed in accordance with our Defect & Replacement Policy.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has entered processing or production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Please review all order details carefully before completing checkout.

Sometimes shipping moves fast. Sometimes it takes the scenic route.
