- Ice Retention & Performance: Actual ice retention and temperature control vary based on environmental conditions. Performance is affected by ambient air temperature, direct sunlight exposure, how often the cooler is opened, and the initial temperature of the contents. For maximum ice retention, we recommend pre-chilling your cooler and contents before use and using a 2:1 ice-to-can ratio.
- No Warranties & "As-Is" Sale: All products are sold on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our brand expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To keep our premium TPU coolers priced as affordably as possible compared to higher priced major brands, we do not offer extended warranties. All sales are final and sold as-is.
